Global Opportunities

A global learning experience

At Regent Hill London, international exposure is designed as an integral part of the learning journey. We believe leadership develops through perspective – by engaging with new markets, new ideas and new ways of building organisations.

Alongside classroom learning in London, students will benefit from a portfolio of global opportunities designed to extend learning into real-world settings.

Regent Talent Exchange (RTX)

In partnership with Regent Talent Exchange (RTX), we offer eligible students the opportunity to undertake transformative work placements in the United States through our J-1 Visa Programme.

The J-1 Visa Programme is a structured internship and training pathway designed to support the professional development of interns and trainees in the US. Programme durations typically range from 12 to 18 months, subject to eligibility and role availability.

These immersive exchange opportunities are designed to provide students with practical exposure to international working environments, strengthen professional networks and deepen understanding of the US market.

Discovery Weeks

Regent Hill London offers unique Discovery Weeks, designed to give students focused international exposure through immersive, place-based learning experiences in global hubs.

These short, high-impact international experiences are designed to combine faculty-led learning, real-life exposure, ecosystem insight and peer reflection in major centres of innovation and enterprise.

Potential destinations may include Silicon Valley, with exposure to the wider Stanford ecosystem and the

entrepreneurial culture of the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as Dubai, where students can engage with themes such as future government, innovation, investment, global trade and rapid urban transformation and more.

Beyond the academic components of these trips, Discovery Weeks are designed to connect classroom learning with real-world market context, giving students a deeper understanding of how leadership, entrepreneurship and strategy are applied across different global environments.

Global platforms and
high-potential access

Through selected partnerships, exceptional students may also be considered for access to globally recognised leadership platforms such as the World Governments Summit in Dubai or the One Young World Summit.

These experiences would offer students exposure to international decision-makers, emerging ideas and high-impact leadership conversations beyond the traditional classroom.
