At Regent Hill London, we believe the future of leadership depends on more than technical knowledge alone – it requires a powerful combination of technological insight and human capability.
Our approach combines rigorous business education, applied learning, entrepreneurial thinking and international exposure.
Students join a high-calibre peer community where they learn not only from faculty and industry practitioners, but from one another – challenging ideas, sharing experience and building the kind of network that shapes careers and ventures over the long term.
Our mission is to develop globally aware, entrepreneurially minded leaders through rigorous business education, international collaboration and a learning culture shaped by ambition, character and real-world relevance.
A defining feature of Regent Hill London is the way our research into Natural Intelligence is embedded across the student experience and curriculum.
We define Natural Intelligence as the inherent human capacity for perception, reasoning and ethical judgement – capabilities that must work in tandem with Artificial Intelligence to shape education, leadership and the future of work responsibly.
This philosophy is reflected in our Thinking into Character programme, which informs the Regent Hill London approach to leadership development. Rather than focusing only on technical or managerial competence, we aim to develop judgement, self-awareness, resilience, ethical reasoning and the ability to lead people as well as systems.
Through the Thinking into Character programme, students engage with business education in a way that connects strategic thinking with character formation – a distinctive approach that sets Regent Hill London apart.
To deliver a premium business education that develops capable, entrepreneurial and ethically grounded leaders prepared to navigate global markets, technological change and organisational complexity.
Our programmes are designed not only to expand knowledge, but to shape mindset, character and long-term leadership potential.
Regent Hill London was shaped by the visionary leadership of Professor Selva Pankaj and Dr Tharshiny Pankaj, whose journey into education began with a belief in the transformative power of learning. Having arrived in the UK as teenagers after fleeing civil war in Sri Lanka, they built their early careers in finance, technology and teaching before founding their first educational venture in 1999.
What began as a small humble act of service grew into Regent Global: a growing international group defined by its belief in character, human potential and the transformative role of education. Regent Hill London emerges from that legacy – a new business school created to educate globally minded leaders for a changing world.
